Entrepreneurs sometimes face violations of their rights, bureaucratic pressure, and administrative barriers. The institution of the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights was established to support and assist entrepreneurs when their legitimate rights or interests are violated by actions or inactions of state authorities, local self-government bodies, or officials.
Areas of Activity:
- Reviewing individual and collective complaints from entrepreneurs;
- Assisting in the restoration of violated rights;
- Compiling information on existing violations of entrepreneurs' rights;
- Monitoring issues in the field of entrepreneurial activity;
- Formulating proposals for improving regional and federal legislation in this area.
